How?

Alternation

The alternation of sitting positions
is the best prevention

Different sitting positions can be achieved with the Air8-cushion. The classic use as a seat pad in the shape of a saddle is just one of the options for active sitting. However, Air8-cushion is also ideally suited as a back support, on both sides, with the saddle pads turned towards the back or the back of the chair. Thanks to the upright, expanding air filling, the torso gets the ideal mix of relief and muscle activity.

With saddle pads behind the back, the
Air8-cushion supports and activates two important parts of the spine: the sacrum and the thoracic spine. It feels upright and gently springy, as if the back is growing up on its own. The smallest movements of the body are perceived as beneficial vibrations by the air echo of the pillow. The autochthonous muscles are kept active, which improves concentration.

The variant with the flat side behind the back ensures more seating comfort without completely "collapsing". The torso can still expand along the pillow and benefits from the gentle echo of the air pillow. The advantage of both positions is that the buttocks slide further forward to the edge of the chair.
