These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern the sale and use of Air8 Cushion provided by Ideanet Ltd, a company incorporated in Hong Kong SAR ('the Company'). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

2. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion. Confirmation of receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance until you receive a formal order confirmation.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are stated in currency of delivery country and can be exclude applicable import duties, customs charges, and taxes. The Company reserves the right to adjust prices prior to acceptance of your order. Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched. In the event of a pricing error, the Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the order. 

4. Shipping and Delivery

Goods are dispatched from Hong Kong SAR, Germany and USA. Estimated delivery time is depending on delivery country. The Company is not liable for delays caused by customs, natural events, or factors beyond its control. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon dispatch from related warehouse.  

5. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request returns within the legal rules of delivery country, subject to inspection and approval. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed at the discretion of the Company. Shipping costs and import duties are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. 

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, images, designs, and text appearing on the website are the property of the Company or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, goodwill, or data. The Company's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods involved.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, or transport disruptions.

10. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version of the Terms applicable to your order shall be the one published on the website at the time of purchase.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the customer, superseding all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
